Impact crusher for sale
Are you searching for a Horizontal Shaft Impact Crusher (HSI Crusher) that delivers efficient processing of materials like limestone, concrete, or asphalt—producing precisely shaped, high-quality aggregates while reducing operating costs? You’ve come to the right place.
Our impact crusher serves as a highly efficient secondary or tertiary crusher, widely applied in quarrying, mining, construction waste recycling, and aggregate production. Engineered to crush medium-hard to hard materials through high-speed impact force, it reduces feed sizes up to 500 mm into uniform, cubical products below 40 mm—ready for direct sale or downstream processing.
In addition to stationary models, portable and tracked mobile versions are also available.
Capacity: 50 – 800 t/h
Max. Feed Size: 500 mm

Why choose Mining Crusher Parts impact crusher
High Crushing Efficiency
Precisely engineered chambers and optimized speed deliver superior size reduction with lower energy consumption compared to other crushers.
Uniform Particle Size
The interparticle crushing action and adjustable settings produce consistently shaped aggregates, ideal for high-spec applications like concrete and road bases.
Low Operating Costs
Robust construction, fewer moving parts, and wear-resistant liners reduce maintenance downtime and extend service life.
Working in mining, recycling, or construction? Stop guessing which impact crusher suits your project. Simply provide:
Material type (e.g., limestone, concrete rubble, asphalt shingles, demolition waste)
Required output size & shape (e.g., 0-25mm cubical road base, 3/4″ aggregates for concrete)
Target hourly capacity (e.g., 200tph recycled concrete, 500tph quarry chips)
Budget range (Mobile/Tracked/Stationary? Immediate vs. future need?)
Our engineers will match you with the optimal impact crusher for maximum ROI – no overpaying for unneeded features.

How does a impact crusher works?
Material enters the crushing chamber and encounters high-speed rotating hammers (blow bars) mounted on a horizontal rotor. Impact force shatters the feed upon hammer contact – achieving primary fragmentation.
Liberated pieces catapult violently against adjustable primary and secondary impact aprons/plates. This secondary impact collision further fractures particles via inter-particle and plate-particle contact. Output size is controlled by adjusting the gap between rotor and aprons, alongside optimizing rotor speed.
Centrifugal propulsion ejects fractured material through discharge grates sized to ensure output specification compliance, generating high cubical percentages.

FAQs for impact crusher
What is a impact crusher?
The horizontal shaft impact crusher (HSI) is a device that uses a high-speed rotating horizontal rotor to impact the material, causing it to repeatedly impact between the blow bar and the impact plate to crush it. It is suitable for medium-hard and brittle materials (such as limestone, coal, concrete, etc.).
Its core structure includes a horizontal rotor, an impact plate, an inlet and outlet, and a drive system. The discharge particle size can be flexibly controlled by adjusting the rotor speed and the gap between the impact plates.
Compared with other crushers, HSI has high crushing efficiency, good finished product particle shape (more cubes), low energy consumption, and can be used for both coarse and fine crushing. It is widely used in sand and gravel aggregates, mining, building materials, and construction waste recycling.
How to choose the model of impact crusher?
The selection of impact crusher needs to match the model according to the material characteristics, production capacity requirements and finished product requirements.
Material characteristics are the key: medium-hard brittle materials (limestone, coal, etc.) are suitable for impact crushing, and high-hard materials (granite, basalt) are recommended to use cone crushers. Wet and sticky materials should choose large-angle impact plates or models with grate adjustment to avoid blockage.
Production capacity determines equipment specifications, such as PF-1210 impact crusher capacity 60-120t/h, PF-1315 impact crusher processing capacity is 120-260t/h.
Finished product particle size is controlled by adjusting the rotor speed. The rotor speed (fine crushing 40-50m/s, coarse crushing 25-35m/s) and high-chromium alloy hammer (such as Mn18Cr2) need to adapt to the working conditions.
In addition, environmental protection requirements (dust removal design) and site restrictions (mobile impact crusher) also need to be considered.
